General conditions:
– The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of persons to occupy the flat, not omitting children, who may stay overnight free of charge up to the age of two.
– The administration of the flats can legally refuse entry to those persons not declared.
– Smoking is forbidden inside the flats and common areas.
– Losses or breakages due to misuse of the flat’s equipment will be paid by the client.
– The rest of the other guests must be respected and the life of the vegetation and fauna outside must not be disturbed.

Check-out time: 11:00h
Deposit: 50 € must be paid to book, and the rest of the accommodation price will be paid in cash, bizum, or card on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
– Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
– Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation.
– Cancellation on the same day of booking, or no-show, will be charged the full amount of the booking.
